Wow! What a week it’s been. Our owls are exhausted because…every single wand has been sent to backers!!!
Yep, we did it! By now you should all have received an email with your tracking information. Each package had an Avenseguim charm placed on it so you can track exactly where your wand is.

Reparo Spells + Refund Policy
While we have your attention, we also wanted to quickly touch on our return policy. As the Kickstarter site states, “Kickstarter is not a store, it’s a place where creators come together with backers to bring creative projects to life.”
The support we get from Kickstarter enables us to gather customer feedback, design products and support product orders. Our backers are the first to receive products and get them at a discounted price. As such, we are unable to offer the same return/refund policy as big retailers.
With that said, we poured our heart and soul into CELLder. We tested every single wand before packaging and shipping. While we hope everyone is 100% satisfied with the product, we know things can happen during shipping. So, once delivery is accepted, or following this post, backers have a 72 hour window to report damaged, defective or incorrect items for exchange.
